Cancellation and Refund Policy

Introduction

Welcome to the cancellation and refund policy of Toolpioneers, a division of MarvOpus Labs Private Limited (Registered Business). In our mission to outpace code and streamline app development, we’re committed to delivering exceptional products and services. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to make the cancellation and refund process as clear and fair as possible

1Project & Service Cancellations

  • Before Work Begins:
    If you decide to cancel a project or service before any work has started, you will receive a full refund of any upfront payments made.

  • During Project Execution:
    If you choose to cancel after work has started, refunds will be issued on a pro-rata basis for any work not yet completed. All completed work and deliverables up to the cancellation date will be billed in full.

  • Retainer or Ongoing Engagements:
    For monthly retainers or ongoing service agreements, cancellations require a minimum 30-day written notice. Any unused hours or work post-cancellation will be refunded, minus work already delivered or committed.

Product Subscriptions (SaaS / AI Tools)

  • Monthly Plans:
    You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the billing cycle.

  • Annual Plans:
    Annual subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Refunds are provided on a prorated basis for the remaining months, minus any applicable discounts applied during the initial purchase.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • In some cases, processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Domain registrations or third-party software purchases made on your behalf

  • Completed design, development, or consulting work

  • Customized AI agent builds, once delivered

  • One-time setup or onboarding fees
